Group Awareness Workshops
Most women will testify that an 7-8 min appointment with their GP is not enough time to
explain and discuss their concerns in regard to menopause. And if you happen upon a GP or
nurse that doesn’t have much knowledge or interest in menopause this can make the interaction all the more frustrating.

So, I have put together an unique workshop where women can come together in a safe and comfortable space to speak freely about their fears, concerns, and share positive stories.
I aim to break taboos; no subject is off limits. You can be sure that if it’s a question in your head, then someone else is thinking it too! Talking about it takes away the fear – if we make it light-hearted, informative and fun then our anxiety eases.

The workshop is a 3-hour session where we will talk through –
• Perimenopause and menopause – what’s happening to your body and why?
• Symptoms and symptom management
• Lifestyle interventions that improve your quality of life
• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) - what you need to know
• Menopause in the workplace
• Preparing for the future
• Q&A – your chance to speak about anything that you haven’t felt you could ask anyone else!
I want the women who attend my workshops to feel empowered to take the next steps to achieve better health and well being through every stage of their menopause journey.
